• 50% down required at booking to secure your date.

• Full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to Party Date.
• 20% of the total cost of the party will be charged if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior.
• No refund if cancellation is made on Party Date.

Guest List

• Guest List MUST be turned in at least one day prior to Party Date.
• The Birthday Child(ren) is counted as a guest.
• The parent(s) of the Brithday Child(ren) receive FREE admission & skate rental.

Arrival Time

• We ask that the parent(s) or adult responsible for the Party arrive at least one hour before your Reserved Scheduled Eat Time.

Admission Fees & Additional Guests

• Admission Fees & a $2.00 Skate Rental Fee will apply for every additional child that enters our location with your Party guests and/or is seated at your table in the party area.
• We advice that you add to your bill as party guest any additional child you bring in with your Party.
• Children 2 years and under are admitted FREE.
• No Fees will apply to non-skating adults that come in with your Party.
• Adult food and skating is not included in any kid's celebrations. Food can be purchased in the concession area.

Party Tables Reserved Eat Time

• Party Tables are reserved for 45 minutes up to 2 hours. Please check your Party Package to know your reserved eat time.
• All guests who arrive 15 minutes after your reserved party has started will be asked to pay Admission and Skate Rental (if skating) to join your party. The concession will be made available to those guests to purchase food. THIS APPLIES ONLY IF HOSTING A 10-GUEST PARTY.
• After your Eat Time has ended please direct your guests to the general skating area.

Outside Food or Beverages

• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the rink.
• You may bring your own cake and ice cream.
• Additional pitchers of soda and food may be purchased in the concession area when needed.
• We will supply all paper products and utensils; however, you are welcome to bring you own.

Personal Belongings

• For health, safety, and security reasons, all bags and outerwear must be put in lockers and not left in the party area or under tables. Atlanta Family Fun Centers is not responsible for any personal belongings that may have been stolen or lost in any of our properties. For your convenience lockers are made available for rental. Small locker fee is $.50, and large locker fee is $.75.

Gifts

• Parents and guests are allowed to bring in gifts but, however opening your gifts at the table is not part of your 45 minutes Eat Time.
• Parents are allowed to bring in favors but, however you’re only allowed to issue them out when that child is leaving.
