is our passion at Golden Glide to create an environment that is
fun, healthy and safe for the entire family.
Our Policies &
Procedures

SUPERVISION. Golden Glide DOES NOT Supervise
your children. Children are the responsibility
of the parent / guardian while visiting Golden
Glide.

SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR PLAY. This helps
prevent spreading germs. It also stops feet
from sticking to equipment therefore ensuring
your child's protection.

HEIGHT AND AGE RESTRICTIONS. For SECURITY
reasons some of our rides have height and age
restrictions. We ask that you adhere to all
posted restrictions.

RUNNING, WRESTLING AND CLIMBING. No running or
wrestling. Children MUST NOT climb up the
slides. This is a common cause of injury!

MEDICAL CONDITIONS. Any medical condition that
could hinder your child's play should be
reported upon arrival.

FACILITY ENTRANCE AND EXIT. A parent or
guardian must accompany all children. (17 yrs.
old and younger) For security reasons all
adults (18 and over) entering Golden Glide,
MUST be accompanied by a child or member of
our staff.

CLOTHING AND JEWELRY. All loose articles
(cell-phones, handbags, sunglasses etc.) and
jewelry (Earrings, watches etc.) must be
removed before entering the play area.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES. Food and beverages must be
consumed at tables and NOT in the play
area. Chewing gum is NOT allowed in Golden
Glide.

SMOKING. Golden Glide is a non-smoking
facility.

RULES AND REGULATIONS. For Safety and Security
reasons Golden Glide urges everyone to adhere
to all posted rules and regulations. Please
understand that if we ask your child to stop a
behavior it is only to ensure the safety and
security of the other children. Golden Glide
reserves the right to refuse admission and to
request any individual who violates our safety
and security rules to leave the facility
immediately. No refunds will be made.

SECURITY WRISTBAND. We use a security
wristband. This serves as a form of protection
for our guests. We would appreciate
parent/guardian participation, as this is not
always 100% efficient. The adult who registers
with the child/children on arrival MUST be
present upon departure; showing their
corresponding bands. We understand that this
takes a little extra time upon arrival and
departure and hope that you understand that
this is done for the SAFETY and SECURITY of
your children.

All visitors that come to enjoy Golden Glide's
Big-Fun Inflatables must have a
signed Release
& Waiver. You can
download and print
the Release & Waiver Form to have
it ready for your visit.
